What’s on the Grill

It cant hurt! :beers:

Just be sure when you do get back in to save a new bookmark to your images so it opens up to that page. You may already do that, but I just thought I'd say.

I'm on the same page, brother! A little of this :beers: and a little a that.

Like any site, Imjur seems to on occasion change the main page and how you navigate the place. Which has happened to me a few times. I just kept poking and hoping and git it figured out..... until they change it again.

Not sure about that, sorry.

Just to let people know, I don't particularly care for ranch dressing and I can't stand sour cream, but these burgers are excellent. If you're like me, it might be worth it to just try this recipe anyway. :)
I’ll figure it out. My system is averse to MSG, so no tomatoes, read the ingredient labels…especially flavored chips…etc. I haven’t found much of anything “ranch flavored” that I can deal with…it all seems to be MSG laden.

Sorry to hear that. I'm not sure about ranch containing tomatoes, but I don't care for them so I don't put them on my burgers.

I'm willing to bet that crack burgers will still be delicious without the ranch powder...maybe some breadcrumbs as a substitute if that's ok for your system.

It doesn’t. The human digestive system essentially converts tomatoes into MSG in the digestive tract(or some such thing). All I know is that bad things happen to me when I consume that stuff. Ranch has it as a flavor enhancer…that is the common use of mono sodium glutamate…it’s found in all sorts of stuff. I just read the labels, and rarely(but occasionally) take a chance on eating out.
It’s one of the reasons that I got into BBQ, and making my own rubs. Also the reason that I make “white pizza”.

Mmmm, white pizza!

Got a pork loin brining for smoking Wednesday or Thursday. Attempting to make Canadian Bacon. Review to follow.
