What’s on the Grill

I absolutely adore it! Sometimes, I wish I had chosen the next size up, but it’s really not necessary for my needs.
I bought it with the first Covid stimulus check. I wanted to support a company that makes good stuff here, in America.
They make a whole variety of pits, to meet just about any need. I ordered the X-series, 19 inch, with the “Firemaster” package. It will, likely, outlive me.

No affiliation….just a rabid, caveman cooking, fan.

I just checked them out. We're in the market for a smokeless wood burner for our new patio. Solo is widely advertised. However, upon researching Solo and Breeo. Solo may be headquarted in the US.... but its manufactured in China. Breeo is all Made in America..... Ohio I believe. And since pricing is very similar, kinda a no brainer to me.

I found the exact same thing…Solo plasters the American flag all over their stuff, they are based in Texas, but their stuff is all manufactured in China.
Breeo is designed, based, and manufactured (by a, largely, Amish workforce) in Pennsylvania.

The Solo stuff was not cooking friendly when I was in the market. It is supposedly redesigned now, for a more cooking friendly experience…. The Solo stuff is also much thinner, and lighter weight, than the Breeo stuff.

I was impressed with everything I received from Breeo…and anticipate a long service life from all of it….probably longer than my life.
I have the X-19, in Corten and stainless, with the sear-plate(that they no longer integrate with their pits -they manufacture and sell a detachable unit now). I got the “Firemaster” package from that time, which included: the pit, a really solid lid(Captain America shield), the outpost grill set(post, ground stake-for use at a campfire pit, grill grate, and carrying/storage bag), the kettle-hook, a fairly large cast iron kettle/Dutch oven, and the old style triangle ash shovel.

edit: the Breeo outpost post is a solid stainless steel rod that is also compatible with many accessories from Kudu grills. I have the Kudu rotisserie, and it works flawlessly.

Oh that is a beauty! Perfect for our needs, let's go ahead and stock up on plenty of giant rib eyes. You know while we are at it, a nice Yeti cooler too.
Go right ahead, and load up a big Yeti with a couple of whole, bone in, ribeyes…pack it in dry ice, and ship it overnight. I will butcher them myself…two whole ribeyes should yield about 20 three-finger steaks, and a couple of slabs of ribs…if you don’t skimp on the size. Overnight shipping to Massachusetts should be pretty reasonable for a 75lb loaded cooler. I will vacuum seal them all up, nicely. You can do this! I have faith in you @Mr. Potato Head ! PM me when you’re ready to get my shipping address…

Oh man, this sounds like a great opportunity for me! Rest assured I am on it. The only snafu I could see arising is that steaks are literally pulled to my grill with some sort of otherworldly tractor beam. It is very possible that I have to eat them even before I could ship. Hang tough lemee give it a try and I will certainly report back.

Ya, btw I probably could chow down a whole "Old 96er" gristle and all.

Well, I am getting some stuff together to ship , I just really hope this pork roast doesn't end up on the grill in two days or so.
