[/URL]So gotten around to figuring out what I need to do. All four wheels need replaced as they’re pretty much rusted junk. Got a lot of rust around the sides where they attach to base. Will need to do some rebuilding and reinforcing there. Burners need replaced. Patch some other rust holes. Thing was a little more worse for the west than I thought. No grilling here for a few days. Rolled mine into the garage for some needed maintenance. Needed to move it for that and to get it out of the way for the patio crew rolling in Wednesday to build us a patio.

That looks soooooooooooooooo good!Grilled salmon. Plated over what in essence is an Alfredo Pasta. Salmon came from the fish market in Lake Zurich. Fresh. And very good. And a nice 2019 Chardonnay Reserve from our favorite New York winery.

Been awhile since we've had really good salmon. Grocery store works in a pinch, but nothing compares to fresh.... or at least as fresh as it can be by the time it arrives overnight at the fish market that's in the middle of Illinois. Simple seasoning. Lemon Pepper and Tarragon. Then when served a little lemon butter drizzled over the fish. I did throw in a couple small pieces of cherry wood on the charcoal. Don't know if it added anything, but made me feel better. That looks soooooooooooooooo good!
Right? Me too.Now I'm hungry
Is that a MEATER thermometer? We love ours, makes cooking meat sooo much easier.
Will we be having that a lot when I move in "temporarily"?
Yes sir! I was in on the start-up when they first rolled them out. I wanted something to monitor rotisserie cooks. Works really well! Just have to clean the carbon deposits off of the square end plate…by the end of a pork butt cook, the range is impaired unless it gets a good cleaning. Is that a MEATER thermometer?
