I lied, they are already on. This oak heats the grill up a lot faster than charcoal.

I like the smoker.

Heck no. It's a Lyfe Tyme Pit from Uvalde TX.

Now they are wrapped in foil resting for a few minutes.

Sausage in the pasta and tomatoes was grilled-- mainly wanted to show off the 3.25 inch long DEVILED GOOSE EGGS -- fresh grown her on the farm from our pet goose, Spot

Oak kicks butt. I used very little wood to get the ribs done and it was only 38 degrees and windy. I couldn't have gotten to temp using charcoal unless I used about 60 lbs. Flavor is fantastic.

Not passed out yet, spent part of day at work rest of day in yard getting ready for irrigation water to show up here.
Maybe tomorrow get some fermented potato juice.

Spatchcock chicken on the trusty ol' Weber. I placed a little bit of wood under the briquettes, for that smokey flavor that the chicken likes.

I like how these always look like you just pulled the shower curtain back on them lol

That’s ok blink.... I didn’t grill either tonight.

Spaghetti and meatballs tonight. Meatballs..... ground beef, onion and Parmesan cheese. Rolled in seasoned panko bread crumbs. Pan fried. Finished in the oven. Throw it all together.
