Damm bro I am older than your mum also ha ha

My mom didn't ever drink, but I do remember back in the early 80s she would send me down to the store to get two packs of Marlborough lights and the clerks never batted an eye.

Growing up in Germany, there was never a "drinking age." At twelve, if I was with a family member, and they ordered me a beer, it would be served to me. Cigarette machines are still on street corners. There are no taboos, and everything is out in the open.

Unlike here, where everything is taboo.

Yep, American lawa are dumb as hell. Cant drink or smoke a cigarette but can die on some god forsaken soil. Priorities huh?
Like the law that says people in an enclosed car HAVE to wear a seatbelt, but someone on a motorcycle doesn't have to wear a helmet.
It's also illegal for anyone under 18 to ride in the bed of an open pickup, unless they have a seatbelt on. Those over 18 may ride in the bed though.
Don't know of any F150s or any truck for that mater that have seats or belts in the beds. And I haven't seen seats of belts in any "pickup" since the Subaru Brat.
