Welcome, StrumerJoe

I dunno, he's got a lot of guitars, does some fishing.... but I didn't see one cat nor doggie. I hope you can find a way to fit in here
The Husky mix is my dog. That other thing that resembles a dog belongs to the wife. That is Buddy & Little One. Bet I don't have to tell you which is which.

The second pic is with a guitar I built when I was attending Roberto Venn School of Luthiery in Phoenix. Phoenix is also where she got the chihuahua. Go figure...

I've heard a rumour that Joe doesn't like animals on his property.

I was told he once shot a squirrel for making too much noise in the garden...

This is how I roll when trout fishing...View attachment 74444View attachment 74445 I've since lost a few pounds after the colonoscopy... First pic is with a Wildwood Thin Skin '54 from 2012, the second is a Suhr Classic S Meatallic Ltd from 2020.

I see you are one of the wizened old few who know the secret of calling them in, this is exciting! Different songs work for different species, as you probably know.
Never tried salmon or trout, what songs work best with them?

As did I, true story. Out in my bath robe and slippers at 4:30 AM in Winnipeg, snuffing a chattering tree rat just outside our bedroom window. Got a taste of hot .177 caliber lead, he did.
We had house guests at the time, perhaps I was under a little stress . Father-in-law seemed to let up on me quite a bit after that, which was real nice.

True story : went to work one day and my buddy Ted asks how I was. I said I was bummed 'cause I ran over a squirrel on my way to work. Ted lifted my spirits when he said to me "Bro, that was a suicidal squirrel, you did him a favor."

They seem to prefer jump blues, and some good old rock. Salmon fishing from the shore involves a lot of constant casting and retrieving.
