The thing I noticed about the tonerooms is: there's no shortage of moderators.

Most all of the moderators here are OG members that joined when we first opened the doors. It seems as though we do indeed have more members that are not moderators now. Although we do have several moderators, for the most part y'all behave yourselves and they don't have much to moderate. When they find a bad seed, we weed them out and keep this a friendly place to be.

I believe most forums have more members than moderators---- some have a TON more members than Mods. ---and they also have members who run a muck

the balance here seems functional as Grant said when a bad egg begins to stink we show them the door rather quickly --- tends to cut down on the "problem children"
