I was once told that mustard is the secret ingredient to keep BBQ seasoning and sauce
sticking to the meat while cooking. Is this true?

Ah, yesh, shamplesh! By the way, living in the Land of BBQ (here in central Texas), I've come to fancy using pecan
wood, rather than hickory or oak.
