funny--- thats what I call customers --- "victims" --- have for years--- freaked a couple bosses out till they got used to it....

When I worked in retail sales (a looong time ago!), we called customers 'fresh meat'. got in more trouble with the store manager that way. Hmmm, maybe that's why I'm not in retail sales anymore....
