Anyone ever used Ted Weber's beam blockers? I'm looking for recommendations. My amp tends to be a little beamy with the highs and upper mids at higher...

I get a beaming effect straight out the front of the amp. I wanted to dampen that a tad....

i just cant imagine not having the exact tone needed coming out the speaker
if directional is an issue..maybe experiment with varying semi open backs cabs..spread that sound around
got out all my 4x12's again..all weekend..back they go for semi's,,in honest a/b tests.for what is best for next song & a side benefit..man does it sound better in the room especially at band levels.,no beam..no ice pick to head
Celestion V type in homemade cab is killer with my Marshall's..but it took me many tries to find box size to sound like a closed back but have semi sound dispersion qualities,,,right now i have 9 cabs out...you can dial in very close with speakers much more than monkeying around with other gain devices

Not a tone, but a directional issue. Not ice picky. Just want to reduce that channel of sound coming right out of the front.

prob why i went back to semi's///just never a directional issue & always great on stage for evenbess....been playing a jtm50 loud into a semi all weekend...no beam..soon as i played through the semi..immediately ripped that DSL out of the combo
then last years rig for studio & band was the DSL on closed 2x12 & open 2x12...crazy big open sound..had all them amps & that DSL just tore it up..great amps,,

Try the blue painters tape that stuff can barely stick to itself !!
