This is being built with 450 series CTS Premium 500k split shaft potentiometers. They have a 24 spline - NOT METRIC - splines. I need to find the correct witch hats for it.

Tolerance = +/- 9%
Can Size = 23.8mm (15/16 in.) radius X 9.5mm (3/8 in.) height
Bushing Threads = 3/8-32
Bushing Height = 9.5mm (3/8 in).
Shaft Type - split
Shaft Diameter = 9.5mm (please ensure that the pickguard / control plate that the pot is mounting onto has a 9.6mm diameter hole)
Spline Count = 24 (NOT metric)
Length of threaded shaft - 9.5mm (3/8 in.)
Value = 550K Ohms

Put a P90 in the neck of the 6 string. And, don't forget the locking tuners.

You know, I've never liked locking tuners. I did put them on a lot of my Von Herndon guitars because people like them and asked for them.

I prefer Gibson Green Keys myself...especially when you have 18 of them hanging out on the end of the neck...

In the interest of strength, the Gibson-style rout and truss rod were omitted in favor of a stronger, more conventional allen head truss rod.

Along with a continuous 1" thickness from the 12th fret to the first fret, large volutes and less absent wood in the truss rod cavity, I'm expecting much greater sustain....

Say Athos--- why are the headstockie decalies inlayed in different sizes......seems to the naked eye a "same size" option could have been done saving csot aand time to alter sizes
