very cool
here's a pretty retro image, from about 1968.
I was 20. Student at University of Michigan. 2-S Deferment.
A year later, I was in the first draft lottery, and I got #265.
They called a lot of numbers out of that first draft group, but
they didn't get to mine.
So I never served. I am no Colonel. I was against the war, but
not against the guys who did their duty. I was against the politicians
who wrongly sent them there. It's a long time later. Let it be.
Well I got by, the punters liked the band and I managed to mix it to the satisfaction of most.
I just back spaced a lot of incriminating stuff, replaced with ... we made REAL good money from the pubs and selling other stuff that kept the public laughing ;-)
