A few days ago @chilipeppermaniac reminded me of this song by paying some compliments in another thread, and a PM. I wrote back my thanks, and appreciation for his kind words, and said that I was pretty sure that I posted a thread here for it after recording it…Well, as it turns out, my only posting of it was in a gear thread, as a demo for the preamp used heavily for the recording. I guess some of you have heard it, and some may not have.

I recorded this just pre pandemic…end of 2019. I was in the process of acquiring a couple of UA 6176 units inside of a few months, and a stereo link box for them. Still love them for vocals and bass…great channels IMO.
It’s just me playing guitars, bass, singing, and programming drums with EZDrummer.
I wrote this song what seems like thousands of years ago…probably around 1998(give or take).
My band played it live fairly regularly, but never really gave it a go in a recording session.

I wish I had done better at dialing in the guitars.

For the rest of any of you guys, I told DON that his song, his playing and singing reminds me of another song or songs by some big label bands we recognize.

If anyone thinks they hear similarities and to whom, let me know what you think.
