Useful info on drills

Thank you! Yes, the base has 2 holes for that purpose. 2 3/8 hex bolts through the table top did the trick.

Mine doesn't have those bolt holes, and I'm wondering if I'm missing something. Clearly it needs to be braced some how. Hummm

There appear to be slots in the black metal base. Bolts with a washer through the slots on top and a nut with a washer on the underside of the table should do it. If not, drill 2 holes in the base.

So cheap, my life has changed. I could have used this a million times already.

I totally forgot I have one of those tucked away in my closet. I bought it at a yard sale, then told my self I needed to get a variable speed drill with an 'on' lock to use with it. It's been sitting in the closet for over a year now I think. Maybe it's time to use one of those Harbor Freight coupons and get a drill...

get 2 --- they tend to not last------I bought a battery powered one (rechargeable) to put a SEARS steel 10x8 shed together--------it didnt make it halfway through the project--- I ended up tossing it across the yard.....

Corded drill probably ok.

Those light duty hand drill stands are ok for light duty stuff once you get them sturdied up.
You may find you quickly overwhelm it though.

I've beat the snot out their cheap corded grinders.
Not as good as my Dewalt or better brands, but damn good for cheap.

I'm due there today for a few odds and ends with coupons.
