he's a gorilla....he said he bought it 15 years ago from a pawn shop for $35.00
He picks along the neck and he has worn the maple fretboard off at an angle on both side of the 10-14th frets!!!!

Just wanted to say Thank You to Sp8tre for providing a nice neck for this project. It's going to take a lot of work to get the bandleader's old Epiphone T-310 tele back into fighting shape!!!!

A little level and crown workmanship. With this particular file, I'm giving the fret a wider, rounder, less pointy profile.
I do everything backwards - I crown first, then make a pass with the block, then crown again. I found this works good and it dont take too much material off with the block....which I find very easy to do.

These frets were quite a bit shorter than on my Ibanez Destroyer II Replica, but I used thr same 3mm file....
