In my line of work, it would discolor in a few short weeks.I will give you my honest opinion on the carpet Rob, personally I would leave it black. I do like the yellow shifter knob though!
HAHAHA Robert, I read the first sentence up to car,,,,, and thought you wrote it a love song. Then I read the rest... HAHA
HEHEHEHE Fanatic.
Brother, I was watching Jesse James building hot rods and or teaching fellas particular fabricating skills in building custom parts for them. I sure like how with the right tools and learned skills that simple raw materials like flat sheets of metal, or hunks can be turned into things like fenders, headers, gas tanks, sissy bars etc.
Made me think of all your car skills too.
Robert, My 1994 F150 is a few k short of 200000, my 88 F250 4x4 is sitting at about 337K.
Obummer and Bidet's gas prices make me stop driving them.
I have to drive 4 cyl sippers like my $200 1983 Honda Civic Wagon, or my 1999 Camry.
The tranny died last month in our 97 Jeep Gran Cherokee with only 115K miles. . I had expected at least 200K.![]()
It’s the V8 with the 42RE. Will move when cold but completely slips when getting warmed up. Just had the fluid and filter changed about 50 miles ago. The tranny is not throwing any codes. Not surprised. If it's an inline six, it has the Asian Warner AW4. It's probably been changed at least once in that span of 115k, even if it was done under warranty.
Terribly weak units. The V8's get a better, but equally unreliable 46RH or 42RE.
