This SG is treated better than family....heck, she is family. And she loves bringing joy to all she meets. Nope, no way Is she ending it!!

I see some dust between those pickups.
All my guitars have that same thing going on.
I think it has to do with the magnetic field in there.

The cables mentioned by the good folks in this thread weren't available locally, so I ended up getting an MXR cable - a bit pricey, but am very happy with it.

No, that's my THR10; I've had it a year or so, and it's proven to be excellent. I use it as output speakers for my laptop, the guitar and a bass when I have one. Just a decent little desktop amp.

The THR 10 is an excellent amplifier.
I have gigged with mine a number of times.
When I use it I leave the pedal board home.
It sounds that good. (...and yes, I mic it - E609)

^ I'd love one of those. One day, one day... I will own a Pelham Blue SG standard or SG Classic; I reckon Gibson will bring one of these out in the next year or two - it's about time.

Well a new addition. A NOS 2012 61 reissue, some how lost in a Gibson warehouse and recently sold to a guitar store. I bought it 6 hours after it was listed on Reverb. The neck is silky smooth and easy to play. Nice and wide too for my fat fingers. Haven’t played it loud yet.

^ that's pretty much a perfect SG standard. 2011/2012 has some excellent SGs, so to find a NOS is a great find.

@Don O - I love pointers! Mom used to put marks on all the studio guitars with a grease pencil.
