I thought it might be interesting to post up some pics of unique guitars here. Keeping in with the automotive theme above, here is an interesting bass guitar made from a clutch and using valves for tuners

No it's a German Sachs clutch attached to the flywheel. It's gotta be a heavy metal guitar. Looks to be a 180mm VW clutch.

In the spirit of this thread, the first unique guitar that popped into my mind is Todd Rundgren's aluminum Veleno Ankh guitar. While researching for a pic of it, I never knew till now, that it represents the Egyptian symbol of "The Perpetuation of Life".
