A guy in the San Andreas area had this for sale and I tried to buy it at a reasonable price.(I offered him $250 usd, too much imo. but I wanted to save it.)
Other than the flaking yellow one held together with turnbuckles, this is the saddest SG I know of.......BTW. If you own this guitar or know who does, I'll still make that deal.

Not a lot has changed, but I have it together for a test run and see if it's stable. It set up very nicely. If it's stable I will take it back apart when the strings need changing, fill in a few dents, do some sanding and give it a heavy clear coat.

Update - I've stripped it all apart for now. I'm hoping to have dremel kit soon and this body/neck will give me something to play with. Seemed stable, but, I want to hack into the broken headstock area and add a couple strips of wood to strengthen it and I also want to add some would to the back to thicken it up some again. More for the play/hey of it than anything ;)
 
Last Update - someone I know just had to have this guitar. So, I know longer have the guitar and unless it does the cosmic guitar boomerang and comes back to me I'll not be doing any more updates.
 
looked like melted green apple jolly rancher after left on the dash board of your car in August.......in Flo-ree-duh......
