TTR Major Changes - WE MET OUR GOAL!

I havent been around as much lately ( story for another day) but i still drop by daily to see the top 5 current posts. Yet somehow, i missed this one left and right.

But, i figure I have pissed away plenty of good money on plenty of useless :poo: that i got nothing in return for in this life lol; it only would be right to toss some scratch into the coffers on something I actually DO get something out of in return. So, Im in. Use it for future funds or whatever else it helps with
I'm thinking the same basic thing.
Why put money into something that doesn't produce anything?
Why not use that cash here at TTR where it has some value?

Heck, always late to the party! Just getting caught up with the news and I'm still processing the whole happening! But I concur with AMS and CWMike: gotta support The Fam when The Fam need supportin'... and all of you are definitely Fam to me, so... count me in! Just tell me how I can help and where do I sign up.
We have indeed met our goal to be able to pay all of the bills coming due in October. This included web site hosting, domain name registration and software licensing. We are still taking donations to help cover the expenses for the following year. If you wish to make a donation, please send a "gift to family member" via paypal to wavmixer@gmail.com and include your TTR member name.

Is there any way to add more server / storage capability?
How much does an ex-pander cost per year anyway?

I'm thinking of a vastly expanded pro sound technical information and resource library "quasi-portal..."
Maybe I'm crazy...
Can we add more storage space? Yes we can. What does it cost? I'd have to check in to the cost, but at this time I'm just happy to keep doors open on the server we have. Hosting sound clips takes a lot of server space. You will be best off posting your music on sound cloud or YouTube and hot linking them here. I have no desire to compete with soundcloud or YouTube .

I do pay for the xenforo license, but the site is hosted on knownhost. License and hosting are seperate. I dont believe xenforo provides hosting.
