Thoughts, Electrical Gurus????

All my computer and its peripherals, TV's, Hi-fi audio/video components, effects pedal power supplies, and my amps, are plugged into multi outlet strips with surge protection. When I go over to participate at a friend's jamfests, I also bring a multi outlet strip that has surge protection. Cheap insurance... :yesway:.

If stable and super clean power is of interest to you, you might want to look into power conditioners. Products by Furman, is the first that come to my mind.

I use a computer isolation transformer if the voltage it to high or low or no ground or reverse polarity it will not switch on $5.00 State surplus I'm sure it was over $2,000.00 new
Some of the venue's we play were built in the 1880's I may find one or two good working outlets. A surge protector will not save your equipment it's just a varistor or MOV

Good information. I'm most interested in "cleaner" AC power for noise reduction and ground continuity.
