Trading amp day

This morning I traded an old 50 watts tube amp head ( Lifco 1000)from the late 60's for another old amp.
A Marshall JCM 602 full tubes combo, 2 x 12 Celestion Heritage speakers made in England from 1997.
Had a recent setup including all new tubes a new output tranny and a fan installed to prevent overheating.
This heavy combo chugs hard and I can't wait to unlock the demon this very afternoon.
The last pic is the "gone away" amp

That there is one of my favorite sounding Marshall amps of all time. They are unique, totally their own thing and that thing is badass.

congrats

HNAD!
I used to have a 601.
The JCM600 series were a cosmetic rebrand of the JTM60.
Great clean channel that gets crunchy when cranked.
Boost channel has classic Marshall growl.
Power tubes are mounted horizontally below the output board and have a history of causing heat related issues.
The aforementioned fan should be helpful.
