To What Are Yee Listenin' Right Now?

Warning: techno, punky, aggressive violent stuff that folks might not like. A bit like the Prodigy stuff, but from S.A.

I am a fan of Die Antwoord. They are talented, their lyrics say something if you take the time to listen, and their videos are smart satire.

WOW NIce Vinnie ---

Don are they speaking English?

Probably. I remember the TV lecture that Brian Cox gave a while ago. I shared the chemistry guy's question about whether the Pauli Exclusion Principle covers all electrons in the universe or just those in a single atom. I've had to do a lot of thinking and maths to convince myself that he is right. You can take intuition and toss it into the trash; this stuff can't be worked out that way. And I'm so happy that is true; life would be seriously dull if everything was as seemed reasonable.

Johnny has a unique ES. Anyone know the model? The Headstock has a Custom-like inlay, but the FB has small block ones. No Gold Pups, so I am doubting it is a ES355. More like a mid 70's 335?

Practically speaking (ie - dumbed-down version), what does this mean?

DonP, I couldn't help but think of you and Anita as I saw that Royal fella William got married yesterday. Did it Royally muck up normal life in and around you, Don?
Any comments about all that pomp etc?

Here, I thought you were talking about this guy, D.

HAHA Don, Once I got past the fluffy intro and onto Jim's story on how he scored well in the Physics exam, I had the same experience on an Algebra test once. The teacher said the scores were so bad, she had to grade on a curve otherwise almost the entire class would have failed. Then she said, just to prove it could be done, not only did someone get a perfect score, but they also got extra credit for getting a bonus question right. Of course I was proud as punch to have been the top dog!!!!!!
I should have continued my math and science studies instead of Economics and Business in College. I can't help feel I might have had a whole different life than the one I wound up with.

OK, not dumbed-down.An atom has electrons in it around the nucleus, and each electron has a certain amount of energy. The Pauli Exclusion Principle says it is impossible for two of those electrons to have identical energies - think of that as the height of an orbit. That all sounds reasonable, they might collide otherwise. But it turns out that the exclusion applies not just to the few electrons in a single atom, but to every electron in every atom in the universe. More spooky "action at a distance" apparently. Quantum Mechanics is far weirder than it has any right to be.

This one was Harry - William got done a few years back. No it didn't impinge on me in any practical way. I stayed out of the town centre and didn't turn the telly on.

I have this problem, I am just not a royalist - I hate unearned privilege. At the same time I'm a huge fan of the Queen; she's done a hard job for nearly 70 years and never put a foot wrong. While she's alive I'm 100% for her doing the job. Once she's gone the rest of them as far as I'm concerned are deadbeats and I want them gone.
