To What Are Yee Listenin' Right Now?

For those of us old enough to remember Bachman Turner Overdrive, having heard mostly only the radio friendly over played songs, imagine my surprise when I asked Google to play me some songs on our kitchen Google Nest device. After the obligatory commercials, it played a song or 2.
When I did not recognize one, I asked it, " Hey Google, what is this song called?" It said, " Flat Broke Love" by Bachman Turner Overdrive.

When I heard the BTO song the other day, one of my impressions was how it kind of reminded me somewhat of the vibe of Black Sabbath's Never Say Die album. Junior's Eyes especially. I also think I was guessing that it might be Mountain, the vocals reminded me of some things they did too.

Something about the Bass and Drums and the overall sound of the song. I also took time to check out the rest of the songs on the album. I can honestly say that I think Flat Broke Love is the best song on the album and none of the others did it for me.

Not only old enough, I have a couple albums. Pretty sure I tried to blow up my speakers with those albums.
