To What Are Yee Listenin' Right Now?

Because I really need a good dose of live psych rawk, I bought tickets to see these guys in London August 2. Their bass player is the fill in bass player for the Bevis Frond, and never told me while we were hanging out together in Hamburg and Frankfurt in April that he was also in this band. Hope I can actually make it to the show as I'm flying "non-rev." We'll see. At least the Brits haven't decided to be like ticketmaster for fees for shows. I'm only out ten pounds if I don't make it.


 
I wake up in the middle of the night. Most nights when I do, there’s a song that gets stuck in the gray matter. Many times it’s a song I haven’t heard or even thought of in decades. No idea why now. Last night it was this one…. At least I know why. Soundtrack from Guardians of the Galaxy.
