To What Are Yee Listenin' Right Now?

Working on ironing out the first five songs we're supposed to play together, then a final set list. also practicing and learning some songs while I'm at it. Trying to get together to see if we can all play together in late April, then book three shows for the fall. Then we'll see how much further we can take it. There aren't too many Hawkwind tribute bands out there, and we've attracted a bunch of interest even though we haven't played our first rehearsal yet.

So far my friend who talked me into this, and I have gathered the following musicians:
Me on lead guitar and vocals
John K on sax and flute
Rhythm guitar and vocals
Bass and backing vocals
Electric violin
Synth and theremin
Female vocalist and Stacia dance interpretation
Someone with a complete light show including gel/liquid lights and computer graphics
We just need a drummer. That's the only vacancy left.


 
I got this odd...very odd thing going on..not gonna fight it...don't listen to much music cause of not wanting to be influenced in the creation phase...but am getting drawn into, Little Big Town....wonder if we take advantage of J's vocals & add a side of down home american countryish stuff...it's super easy to play & allows so much room for parts to stand out..saw em on Morning show twice now..been hitting on shades of that with the Tele & strat lately
