Some YouTube clips of the Tedeschi Trucks gig in Oslo on Wednesday. Not me who shot them, though. I was way too busy listening to the music and watching the band to film anything. Absolutely one of the best concerts I have ever attended. The sound was excellent, and the band is just perfect. Derek Trucks is a force of nature.

The whole performance can be hard here (sound only):

I really like this. The video is a fun watch along with the song.
It has an R&B / Soul vibe and is suggestive in a cutesy young pop kind of way but not overtly so.
I dig the singer's acting and facial mannerisms that help tell the story.

She is cute and normal looking too and I dig those retro shorts.

wow---great video Gahr!!!! and great seats!!!
congrats--- are your ears still ringing???
As I said, none of the shots in the vids are mine. I usually never bother to film anything when I am at gigs, I would rather concentrate on the music. But I'll gladly watch the YouTube vids anyone might have recorded afterwards!:D

Thankfully, my ears are fine! It was not very loud at all. Just perfect. I was really impressed with the sound, actually. When you can hear every single one of the 12 band members clearly, you know the sound guy is doing something right. Susan Tedeschi had some problems with a mike at the very start of the fist song, but it was quickly fixed. Derek trucks is so precise in his playing he leaves you completely gobsmacked. His intonation with the slide is way cleaner than most people manage when playing fretted notes. I'm not sure he is capable of playing a bum note. And yet he NEVER sounds sterile.

They played for about two hours, but it felt like they were done in a couple of minutes. I would love to see them again!

There is not a bad spot in the house in this place (Sentrum Scene). The first two thirds of the show I was standing about five feet away from the stage right in front of Derek Trucks. Then I needed to take a p**s, and stood at the back to the right of the stage for the rest of the concert. You can see everything and the sound is excellent no matter where you are in the house. It's a very nice venue. Pretty much packed, but still really great. The balcony has seats, the rest is standing room only. The total capacity is about 1750 people.
