To What Are Yee Listenin' Right Now?

ABSOLUTELY THE MOST AMAZING PERFORMANCE EVER....Bonham's son on drums....watch Jimmy Page mouth the phrase "Very, Very Good" at 3:58 in response to the studio session guitarist's rendition of Page's iconic solo.

The well dressed man with the Gibson Les Paul is none other than studio guitarist extraordinaire Shane Fontayne...
:)

You might not recognize the name Shane Fontayne – whom some of us know by his real name Mike Barakan – but chances are, you have heard Shane’s playing or seen him perform live.

As a guitar player, Shane has shared the stage and studio with an impressive list of rock music’s elite, including Bruce Springsteen, U2, Paul Simon, Shania Twain, Bryan Adams, and Rod Stewart.

Most recently, Shane was invited to accompany Bono, The Edge, Elvis Costello, Norah Jones, Sheryl Crow, Mary J. Blige, Patti LaBelle and B.B. King with Wynonna at the pre-Grammy Music Cares event in New York honoring Bono as “Person of the Year.”

Here is Shane caught mid-solo during the Led Zeppelin Tribute Event held at Kennedy Center posted above. Jason Bonham is in the background wearing the derby hat:

this I believe is THE best version of this song. Watching it gives me chills every time. Everything about it I think is perfect.

Chas, if I'm not mistaken, that's a Hamer guitar isn't it?

Here is the video I meant to put up when I was asking about the Hamer. Pretty sure Chas responds in the next reply based on my ambiguity due to this video not posting.

See what y'all think. Can ya tell, is it a Gib, Hamer, Ibanez?

Chas. Thanks. That is possible from the Highway Song live clip you posted. It seems my link to live Wishing Well didn't post, and in that clip is where I was asking myself is that a Gibson or does it look like it says Hamer on the head? I will try posting it from my phone.

Also,
