He's a talented guy...I like Blackmore a lot and his Strat tone. I played a Stratocaster for years, Chili....they are good guitars, just not comfortable to me.

Now, once I put a .951" neck on one, with a 24.75" scale and 12" radius, I find them very comfortable.

I think a Gibson RD Custom is in my future...

I generally prefer his 'bucker tone, and the material he did at the time

I totally identify...I am AWED by SRV's work, but never could embrace his tone...

I've watched that guy's videos many times in the past and he's pretty good. He plays all sorts of really neat guitars...I think he is a guitar dealer or something.
