This totally sucks! Frank Marino forced to retire due to illness.

Well that f%cking sucks! Frank is a phenomenal guitarist and massively still overlooked all these decades later. Those though who were fortunate enough to find him, are often devout fans of his style. Hate this happened to him
 
I at least hope Frank Marino's debilitating illness will at least let him have a good life even if it means he can't tour or play guitar anymore. He's only 66 years old. As requested, sending a prayer for Frank.

Fact: The loudest concert I've ever been to, was a Mahogany Rush concert in 1978 at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium. When Frank would drop those dive bombs, the whole place felt like it was going to crumble. My hearing hasn't been the same since, ha ha! BTW... The warm up band was Judas Priest (Stained Glass tour)!
