Was on my PC, sign came up to reboot had no internet, rebooted nothing happened, so I knew I had trouble, I figured the modem tanked, so called Bell tech, yep I was right, so went over to the mall to Bell service, got a new one, couldn't get it working , so called Bell tech back. They got it up and running as you can tell, I am here. Wow you think with the technology it would be smaller than my last one , no it isn't comes in almost twice the size. Well the main thing is its working.

We had the same experience. It went out and we got a much bigger one in return. Upside is it seems faster than the old one.
