Happy New year all!

Well, I didn't make the invite list, and I had to use an unmarked car to get here.....of course I had to come in thru the back door as well. ....and use the service elevator. And in typical fashion of mine, I got lost along the way and had to ask for directions. Then there's the whole disguise thing I had to wear just to make it this far....
When I finally arrived I forgot the secret password......yet somehow I was still let in.

And I would have gotten away with it too, if it wasn't for those meddling kids!

And ya know, I'd do it all over again if I had to. Because the welcoming group of people here have as much or more passion for the guitar as I do ... And a wealth of knowledge that can't be measured. Im just privileged to absorb what I can from y"all.

Besides, I just got a les paul and I need some serious help :-)

Glad to see you found your way. We aren't listed on any GPS systems, you just gotta follow the trail of bread crumbs before the birds eat them up.

You didn't need to go through that much trouble.

The lock on the back door is broken and the security guard sleeps most of the time.

You coulda just walked in.

Yea, total stratosphere. My first dealing with them, and couldn't be more pleased.

Les and SG are getting along so well. Just hope that doesn't change as the accoutrements are added.
 
ive ordered parts and pieces from them and always great service.plus i bought a new Fender 52 reissue tweed case for my Tele from them at like half the cost.

The cost savings is for real. The way I ran the numbers, when I'm done with assembly, I will have a new guitar for less than buying a complete new guitar. Not the reason for my purchase, but thats how it ads up.

I'm winning no matter how I add it up though.....this husk was free to me! (I won it) :-) :-) :-)
 
Welcome, Notes,,,,,,,,,,,, Now I am gonna have to remember Bocc,,,,,,,,,,, the 69 part will be my reminder.

Notes, You have some nice stuff there. I have bought some nice Strat and tele electronics from Stratosphere, but somehow I can't see how they get all those husks and parts etc without butchering whole instruments like a car junk yard does. Not sure Strato does it, but I suspect he does.

Well, I won the cash equivalent. 3 years ago my nephews asked me to join their fantasy football league. Haha, I won 2 of 3 years now. Mean uncle.

I made a deal with my wife. Winning= guitar. She loves it.

So I got my SG..."FantaSG"
And Now an LP! Hummm, what to name it???

Best part....I jam with all the guys in the league. But, im very humble at the band room.......baahhhhhhahahahahaha
 
Ill be posting pictures for sure. Im not sure on the hardware, I suppose I'll have to start a new thread to get some advice. Nothing extravagant I can assure.

Gets better...I have a b-day coming up, and my wife knows I need parts piceces and the likes. :-)
