The UFO and Supernatural thread

Only last week my dear old mother asked me to again tell her my story of seeing a "space ship". I strongly pointed out I DIDN'T see space ship but a UFO. She said "That's the same", I had to point out the "U" part of UFO simply means "unidentified". I have an open mind as to what I saw in the sky all of those years ago.

I've got a 4 year degree in ufologoy; I watched all for seasons of a UFO show on Netflix. But, on a more serious note I don't believer there is and I don't believe there isn't either. It's a big place out there.

They might just taste good slow cooked or on the grill - who knows...

There’s a billion galaxies, each with a billion stars. We aren’t alone.

Multiply each of those by 100, by current estimates. Certainly many more will be found as instrumentation improves. But in our corner of the cosmos we know ourselves to be alone.

587900000000000000

That’s the width of the Milky Way Galaxy in miles as I read about it 6 months ago. Hint, it’s 100,000 light years. Then just last month I read that this estimate may be off by a factor of 2. So multiply that big a$$ number by 2

"I've been doing research. I've been on YouTube." He kind of lost me there... It must be really hard being scared of "them" all the time. The opportunity for people to spread insane conspiracy theories is the worst part of social media.
