For sure looking over shoulder when one is searching classic literature and such. This is a family friendly forum and we occasionally get questionable visuals posted than frankly, we'd rather our kids and grand kids did not see. At least here. Believe me. We're not prudes here my any stretch of the imagination. There's been things posted that's been deemed inappropriate..... that had me falling down laughing. We as a forum have decided if that's what you want, there's a bazillion other places to go looking.

Wow. That's seriously really, really cool. Best I can do in that regard are a few THICK paperbacks on DOS 5.0 and Win 3.1 - not even close.

You know, without C we would have been using Pasal and Basi.

I also have a 1981 version 1.0 of Microsoft’s Flight Simulator. 5 1/4 floppy. No OS, it boots itself and takes over the PC.

When the company I work for was a lot smaller, I had some tests for new admins before they got their root rights. One involved them setting the safe command flag on their local system:

Code: 
echo 1 > /proc/sysrq-trigger

If they passed, they were given a forkbomb nested in a oneliner to 'reduce memory pressure and overhead' or something along those lines.
