An older guy on my small Corvette forum used to build NASCAR engines and always bought Craftsman tools since they had lifetime warranty’s. After returning his 5th or 6th screw driver that was broken, the salesman said: “Clem, you know we sell chisels too”.

Snap On replaced a screw driver for me once that had obviously been using as a small pry bar.
