Yes, you can email them for a quote, but when i was working at the studio, i just walked in one afternoon.

They didn't charge me nuthin. I went with one of my session colleagues and he's there almost everyday.

I first heard of Norman's (quite literally) in 2021 because a video we produced had a 1959 Gibson Les Paul that was on loan from the shop. They do quite a bit of rare instrument rental as props.
They also have many instruments that are not advertised. You have to call them and they are shown by appointment only.

Haha, I first heard of them when I watched 'This is Spinal Tap' in 1984 because Nigel Tufnel had a Norman's T-Shirt on.
They are pretty accommodating though. I've purchased several guitars there over the years, and if you show up on a weekday they'll pull all kinds of stuff out of the back for you. Don't try it on the weekend though, they are far too busy selling those T-Shirts to tourists.
