One very cool thing to have in a guitar forum is a thread specifically created for sharing cool/odd/strange/funny things we guitar lovers see along the long road, which is not necessarily the touring band road, but the walk of life...

Saw and/or photographed something worth sharing? This is the place!

I'll start by showing you a pic I took from the middle of the road I take weekly to rehearse and play with the band...

I named that cactus Astolphus... I see it everytime I drive by... If it ever dies or gets cut away, I'll miss it badly. But I'm sure, if I die, it won't miss me at all


And, the curious men's room in one of the bars we usually gig at... Pretty cool hommage to Frank Zappa, ain't it?

I was following this the other day --- so I took a pic-- there is a LIVE GATOR in the trailer



The guy is a professional trapper--- and he was "relocating" this fella from the circle K retention pond ----- 500 YARDS from my house----- ah swampapotamia

This is where we ended up on the Streets of Willow. The front of my car was covered in tape to protect it from flying rocks...

I came across a Lamborghini on another of my road trips. We met at red light, waited for it to turn green and went for it!!! It all happened so fast I didn't have time to take a picture or video until it was all over. We were driving our cars like we just stole them and all of a sudden the signal ahead turned red. We both stomped on the brakes and did not blow the red signal. The negative G force was very strong, so strong that this is what our cars looked like afterward

We had to go for round 2 in order to stretch our cars back out to normal size again.

I ride this road a lot as it's compulsorily for motorcycles to get side-wards every 3 km.

State Rail have me on a contract to pull broken down trains back into station.

We haven't come to grips with the concept of bridges yet over here.

I like twisty roads too. This is Mt. Emma Road. This is the road I named my car after, Emma. This was my test coarse after doing any mods to the car...
