The new 20w just out!

So, regardless of how this amp sounds it is modeled to be like the amp that started as a cornerstone of rock to later be a creation of amps that are the sound of rock as I know it.

No doubt about Fender and their tone.
I guess 5150's are their addition and a very good one.

So, it appears the internet is wrong. Lol
I know for a fact I was not there.
I am 63 so .....

I guess nobody proof read the article. Good story but it was the 1960s…

”This story was the focus of heated debates among Jim's supporters and Underwood's supporters. Marshall himself intimated to Underwood in numerous emails to “go stick your nose somewhere else.”

I didn't proof read , I do remember some heated debates. Not something I want.
I am not a Marshall historian. If it is a issue I can delete it.

You must have deleted the link, but it’s still a good story with interesting info, regardless of the “emails in the ‘60s”!

I thought it was a good article but I need to finish reading it.

All I know is regardless of dates the article has given credit to others involved not just Jim. It was a magical time in music and laid ground work for what I now listen to on the day to day.

What ever your amp flavor is this is the latest from what you could call the greatest.

That is a long read, still not quite finished reading it. Very detailed description.
Did they ever say who the kid was that bought #1 that brought it back for the factory one ?

I thought the same thing Mike, I don't know what value hand built in U.K. brings but the last couple of times they did that it cost more.

Here it means as much as "Made in the US of A" does over there.

Unless it's British Leyland or anything else the then government nationalised.

What do I see cheap Chinese parts same controls as the DSL no choke flabby bass response would need
to up grade the output transformer to fix that but the cabinet looks well made all show and no go.
