The Muse I Adorn

Too many things going on with your pic besides the maxed out power strip. What are those two pinkish-reddish thingamajigs? By the way, Sweet SG...
I know, it looks crazy…When it’s on, that strip is the only thing pulling on its own 15 amp circuit. It’s not exceeding the rating of the strip. Runs 1 modern lava lamp, one traditional lamp(occasional), pedal board, small mixer(occasional), and a couple of amplifiers(also occasional).
Disposable strawberry vape….

Last night I was practicing with the ES-335 into my Trainwreck Express build. At home, I've been using either my Matamp Anniversary 2x12 or my Hiwatt SE4123 4x12. When I bring the amp over to the bass player's house, I use it with a '77 Marshall 4x12 with some later green-backs. After an hour of playing into the Matamp last night, I decided to finally plug into my '72 Marshall "Holy Grail" Lead Bass slant cab with the M25 55Hz original green backs. Holy bloody hell!!! With no changes in the knobs, the Marshall was so much louder and clearer than the Matamp or Hiwatt. I knew Trainwrecks love green backs, but it really loves this cab. No wonder it's probably my favorite cab that I own. The two '72 Marshall Lead Bass cabs I own are out of this world. Now wonder Duane Allman and Paul Kossoff preferred them over the guitar cabs.

I've been playing this one almost exclusively this week.

Been getting back to regular playing after both hand surgeries.
Both went well.

Very rusty.
I've been sticking to mostly playing the same guitar.
I really missed playing.

2022 Gibson SG Tribute.
The insert from one of the knobs fell off; just haven't gotten around to glue it back.

Glad to hear that the recovery went well, and you’re back at it!!!

Dean V!!
Been playing this one the last few days after string change, seasonal truss rod adjustment and fiddling with the nut slots a bit.
Really like this guitar but cant get really good tuning stability, notably on the D and G strings. I think due to the steep angle to the tuners.

My G400 gave me tuning/intonation fits when I got it..... like you, primarily the G and B strings. Nothing I did seemed to address the issue. Until one day messing with it I realized even once set, the saddles would actually move around. Enter new TonePros Bridge and Tail Piece. Haven't had problems since. You have a much nicer and well built guitar there, so I realize a "cheap" bridge/saddles is not the problem.
