The Muse I Adorn

@iblive, I also need to change the strings on my Martin. Again, these two are the most I'm playing. I also took the '62 SG Special out, but really haven't had a chance to play it that much yet. Having too good of a time with the 335 and Martin. The Matamp is still the go-to amp. The DST15 and homemade tweed Princeton are right behind it.

SG soapy... MMMMmmmmm...

There ya go, Bdon.

But there are 2 Too many Strings.
I know @chilipeppermaniac …I find the T-60 still in the guitar stand beside my chair tonight. I just discovered that it really likes the Fuzz War pedal, as long as it’s dialed in for it…holy smokes! This thing sings! I can see why the dots on the fretboard have been worn off…it is truly joyous to hear it played. I still find the neck a bit thin for my taste (below 5th fret)…but it’s so sweet sounding.

…and yes @chilipeppermaniac …the T-40 is on the other stand, behind me, facing the recording desk area. That thing really blossomed once I swapped in some heavier white tapewound strings…the two T basses are monsters.

The first T-60 i saw being played was when I watched an SRV concert and another guitar player joined him on stage.

Found it once I got home.

Good. Practice and/or do vocals instead.

:p

Well. Was gone on vacation since Feb 17. Got home a couple days ago. Most likely at least a week if not two before we left was the last time I played. Fingers felt like rubber bands. Lost some callouses. And wrist was getting sore. Pretty sure I have a bit of arthritis in my hands. Was time for a break.

And yes. I could probably do some vocal stuff…. I could also start working on tonight’s pizza. Priorities. :pound-hand:

Last night we actually had a chance to jam. It's been a few weeks since last time. Went with the ES335 and JTM45. Almost was going to use the blonde Bandmaster, but went for the Marshall at the last minute.

When one just isn't enough.

Time has been tight, but I’ve actually managed to play an hour a day this week, and we jammed last night. Home practice has been the DST U84, and last night was an SG into a JTM45. That was a lot of fun.

Tonight, I plugged the EJ Strat into the ‘wreck copy. With a ton of delay from the El Capistan. The middle pickup on a Strat is totally where it’s at.
