The Muse I Adorn

So today. Had the opportunity, so instead of plugging into my GT1 and headphones…. Thought I’d plug into the Traynor. No pedals. Just a guitar…. A cable…. And an amp. Was sounding really nice till the reverb started getting all staticky. Need to get some contact cleaner and do some pot cleaning. Anyway. Here’s todays WMDs. 1642185668948.jpeg

A/B the preamps (masters down low) of the modded Silkyn Super 50 and RR JCM800 Micro, and between the bridge pickups: Burstbucker Pro in the LP, and the new 490T in the EPI G400.
All combinations sound usably / promisingly good, with and without ODs mostly as boost, and some drive on the clean channel.
Actually had the A/B/Y on the floor and switched between; and between the clean and dirty channels on the Silkyn.
I dont often toggle pedals while playing. Wasnt too bad but still hard splitting my concentration between playing and switching.

Then some beginner bass time.

I am playing this green machine for the second night in a row. It is really an impressive machine, well above what might expect out of a stock squire. It houses PRS 53/10 treble and bass pickups and Bill Lawrence Twin Blades L45S middle, all rather rare and wonderful. The 53/10s split. This guitar produces fabulous tones with great playability!
