The Kemper is simply perfect for me. More that I could ever want and the company keeps adding for free. Turning on any other amp is almost always out of obligation. The little green box just contains so much, there is no competition!

That's awesome. Love when gear lives up to the hype. I was recently reviewing them but ultimately went with a Helix LT. Seemed like a better fit for me, and for my budget. I was kinda hoping you would say it sucks, lol, but glad it doesn't.

Looks like the same Aged Cherry that my V is, but in a burst application. Very pretty, but the wood detail certainly doesn't show up well in photos or dark rooms.

Nope. Aged cherry was the 2018 color. It really has pretty grain under a bright light.

Now this is black. And it is the muse I am adorning today. I wanted to test my Alnico 3 neck humbucker, so I pulled out the Duncan Whole Lotta Humbuckers and put in the new A3 neck pup and an A2 wound to just over 9k ohms in the bridge. They aren't coming out! This thing sounds awesome! I will try to get a recording tomorrow if I can get away with making some noise. Monday at the latest.

Well, I replaced the tuners with some Gotohs I had on hand. It's a little unbalanced with some neck dive. It's not a bad guitar for $175. Honestly If I had a do over, I probably wouldn't.
