I like this lightweight, MIJ 1982 Fender Stratocaster. The 1-3/4" neck with deep V/SRV/U triple profiles just make it effortless to play.

Got a bit preoccupied with loading Reaper and Akai drivers on the laptop. Did finally manage to polish the frets, treat the fingerboard, and throw a new set of strings on the Firebird. Played it a bit too. Can’t remember when it was last out of the case. Tomorrow, I stretch the strings a bit more, check the intonation, and play it some more.

I just ordered a new guitar a NOS Peavey of all things 30 year old body and neck serial #00359 7 pounds 12 ounces
I should have snagged a photo it's stunning I did get a photo of the guitar next to it.
will post photo's when it arrives next week.
