Tracking.. think had an out of body experience just now..lol
yesterday came up with this double tom beat back n forth, but the kick drum in between..almost a back beat ..today the tracking..maybe 30 minutes on main guitar..played strait up then panned it hard L & then tracked on R a slight hit on the back beat but both guitars hitting on the main down beat. Sounds pretty cool. then the words..just appeared..had 1 hour before we have to go to Dr. Appointment. So glad hit record

It's a flowing this past week...last night was a monumental night for the future..Working with Rod(drummer). We have decided to team up, at our ages just shy 56 & 58. Decided to scrap the band,over a decade of work ,,he scrapped his(cover band last 3 years) & reform a completely new band. It was the fire lit to make the commitment.
This go round going to share the workload & focus on the music & Rod will take the social media stuff. I am fiercely private & that part sorta gets to me. Like a bolt of lightning..a logo & band name came & am working on all the web stuff today..procuring the name, website, FB, email & getting it all grouped into a flow. Have a few nice events to put on a calender for next year(if there is one) No rush..make some Videos & do 2 full Albums over the fall & winter..then buckle down & build a show..
finally..4 years of going bonkers with no band. Feelers are out for bass & 2nd guitar already. Woke up middle of the night & penned some words & grabbed the SG & ended up on 50 caliber for the title song

I have wired a push/pull vol control to bring in the bridge pickup in position 1 and 2.

Another modern parlor-ish style of guitar in the same price range is the PRS SE P-20. I really would like to try one of these. The PRS has a 24 3/4" scale compared to the Taylor's 23" scale.
