Lowered the neck pup real low last night & fine tuned the bridge until both were balance. Always use this guitar strait into DSL or plexi but since have been playing mostly Fenders & Peavey lately. Wanted to knock it down a hair. It really responded way better than i thought. Whole new sounding guitar. Had the lighted screwdriver out & took my time..back n forth clean & dirty. Have been doing this lately to them all & intonation very precise. It's like they come alive right before your ears. Have the papers it came with. Nice playing & sounding guitar. Thick maple cap, its hard to see real color but the grain is visible up close

I too have some "Only a Gibson is Good Enough" string protectors............I always chuckle when I read it............(notice they say "good enough" but NOT specifically for WHAT. ;) )
good enough to pass and get out the door
good enough to keep repair techs and luthiers busy for decades
good enough to teach you a lesson in value per dollar spent
good enough to need an immediate 300.00 worth of set up and fret work out of the box
good enough to tune but not intonate
good enough for 1/2 the pickups to work out of the box
good enough to............................................................to..........
Make ya wanna buy used........and let someone else work out the bugs and depreciation :2Thumbs:

and a bunch of peaveys -- squires and fenders----Schecters--Music Mans---GROTES (amazing guitar for the $ )
Ive owned and flipped a crap ton of about every brand known --and some nobody heard of--(except Fodera -- Martin and some of them REAL HIGH DOLLARS custom made things) but have played many of them in opium dens and guitar shops across the swamps


so -- I am not just "hating" on the Gibbos ----because "only a Gibson is good enough"
