The Muse I Adorn

Today I'm playing my new Hadean EG-491 HH VWH that I got Thursday from Rondomusic. Set it up, decked the strat trem and installed new knobs, roller string retainers and Gotoh tuners that I had in my parts bin. Plays and sounds fantastic! I will probably change the pickups in future but these will stay for now.

This is VERY VERY SHWEET Ray, send it my way , that's a rocker for sure!

Today was another nice one for a clean up and restringing. Today’s victim, a Gladiator GG-165 LP special-ish critter. I felt the need to tune up the nut a bit. It seemed like it was originally set up for 9s, and I like 10s.

This thing is finished like a bowling ball...thick armor shell. It plays nicely though, and the pickups aren’t half bad(IMO). :)

Although a great guitar, consider some variety - sheesh!
I played the Les Paul recording Sunday Morning --- as I do most SUnday mornings that I can --
played some jazz bass as well...... scored a deal on a new "return" that had a small ding on the back....

I LOVE my Squire Jazz bass........so much so I SOLD the Fender MIM I had that looked like it--- (can just see it lower right of this pic)
BUT --- playing it was starting to wear off the signatures by Doyle and the Misfits crew----- so I have retired her to a case for safe keeping

And now Jazz Bass noodles are handled by this low dollar low ender---

which also is my ONLY black guitar of any kind

After moving around a bunch of stuff while working on the cellar, I was able to get at one of my guitar racks for the first time in a couple of years. Played the T-Bird bass last night. Tonight, it's the Rick 330 12 string. Sounded awesome through my little homemade Princeton.
