I didn't take pics here of it before packing. The other guitarist Al is retiring and having a big do in a hall.
Decided on tne Synergy Syn 20 with PV6505 preamp module. It sounds stellar!! Marshall SC212 cab.

Alao the 81 CMT Explorer and the PS Icemam! I can't wait to see it under lights. Al's daughter is taking pics, she has done a super job in tbe past. Video too.

Things like some rocking blues, Goerge T, Hurts So Good, Summer O 69, Rockin in the Free World.... it cranks thru that 6505 loaded Synergy. With the noise gate.... she's gonna get a good blast o fun. Gently caressing them as I do...

Well it was a fun time for sure. Kind of a no show with the Explorer. It has a Kahler. I broke high E tuning all the strings sharper instead of unlocking the nut and doing it that way. I have read multiple things about using reinforced strings with Kahlers. I had spare strings but no rejntordrr. It wasn't worth the grief to try and do it during first break. I maybe should have but have never tried changing em yet. So went without a whammy.

Used other guy's Ibby for last 3 songs. The Iceman was so fun and awrsome looking. The '53 really rocked! Lots of thump and grind! Loved it!!
Oddly didnt need the up front noise gate. I think the power here might be vaguely dodgy? I dunno. It was great!!

Synergy with 6505 absolutely slayed. Lots of thump. Really impressed.
