John, if you ever want to sell, I'll giva ya $400 for the one on the left. That right one has writing on it. I can' go over $50 for it.

Horrifying suggestion coming up...
I mean truly and spectacularly frightening...
Now... I am going to preface this by saying that a LP is a guitar of many many gods, and a terrific and worthy choice.
But...
And again, this is scary...
Find a way to try a PRS SC 594...
I know I know... not the face mate!
OK... I've moved back about 15 feet, just in case...
I'm serious though... just TRY it. Just once.
I know lots of guys that did it, and never regretted it.
Feels/sounds like heresy doesn't it?
Yeah, but maybe... just maybe it might be good!
Maybe not, but you'd know for sure after... right?
I am going to run away now, cuz I can see the stink eye just as good as the next wanker.![]()
ANYTHING GBALL -- just NOT a fake GIBSON!
hey you COULD keep the SG's and Birds and get the EPIPHONE version of the SLASHTACULAR GREEN MEANIE

just a thought
Slash guitar NO why it's just a LPS with A2 pickups and a decal why pay a extra $1000.00 for that.
If it was me I would save up for this guitar

Gibson Custom Shop 60th Anniversary 1960 Les Paul Standard V1 VOS Antiquity Burst 2020 #00625
Here's a used and still in overall excellent condition '60 Les Paul by the Gibson Custom Shop. This is a V1 model finished in Antiquity Burst. 1960 was the last year of production for Les Paul models until 1968. The Version 1 guitars have the same specs as 1959 Les Pauls, the middle third of the...www.themusiczoo.com
Back in 2002 I had the Gibson Custom Shop copy my 1960 LPS V-1 guitar the neck is exact to the original
every time I play the Custom Shop copy it sounds better in 2002 it was $3850.00 the extras were Flitch matched top and Brazilian rosewood finger board
the burst bucker pickups sounded like A$$ installed JM Rolph pickups fixed.
I play the Custom Shop RO 99% of the time now.
And THAT is the perfect and reasonable reason to get your LP.I've owned a couple of PRS' and got to be honest they are just not for me. I wanted to love them. They are gorgeous and impeccably built, and since I grew up in Maryland I had an affinity toward a MD-based builder. But they just don't work for me. Something too "clinical" about the sound an feel. I always go back to Gibsons, no matter what else I play for whatever reason.
HEY,.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Adrian's trail marker, for sure.
whats a track then?It turned into that ,, you know how they get off track and all ....
Cheers
You're missing some zeros on the ends of those numbers bro.

Haha, well I actually already have my grail - the '79 Silverburst.
Gball, I sure wish you didn't live so far away. I would love to have you check out all my guitars ( even my lowly EPI LP with T Tops)
The funny part for me is for every different instrument, I hear and get the sensation of something different, and many times the experience is like a fresh surprise to me when I pick up any one of my favorites in my collection.
Smitty got to spend a day doing this, I felt honored to have his more skilled hands play and make nice music as we took turns checking out one another's guitars, his pedal board and my 4 Holer.
Funny... I play rhythm in my band, and when I hand one of my axes to the lead player to try (he's in love with the Silver Sky), I sit back and go... So THAT'S what it sounds like! This is exactly how I feel when Robert comes over. It is just fantastic to hear my gear being played by such a skilled player!
