Im guessing most the buyers probably arent using it in a bar --Frat Party--or stage setting---

I think Sweetwater is sitting on dead stock I have not seen one of the $7.8K Strat's sold. I could be wrong it wouldn't be the first time.

I can buy a bunch of top shelf parts and build my own really nice axe for way less. That's just stupid money for a Strat, even though I really like them.

I wouldn't pay an outrageous price for them Master Built guitars even though they're nice. I prefer my Fender MIA Strat that has 22 frets, a 2-pont trem and a vibrato that stays in tune and it only cost only $1,100 with a Fender hard-shell case.

That's nice. Makes me feel way better about what I paid for my 2 Am Std ones.

Not only a rosewood neck, but Brazilian rosewood at that. Not exactly an export-friendly guitar! Beautiful dark color, though. Just a tad pricey...

That's not Brazilian Rosewood. All the PRS solid Brazilian Rosewood neck guitars I have played only a few so I'm no expert had neck dive just like a Fender Bass.

Cool neck you have.

It's Indian Rosewood there Plexi, good eye. I have a Brazilian Ebony one, but that's another story for another time...

I like it.
I would never buy it even if I could, but I do like it.
With that neck, would have to be named Rosie.

"Oh Rosie, oh girl,
Oh Rosie, oh girl", (as How Many More Times is now strongly playing in my brain; that Bonham shuffle)
Steal away now,
Steal away.....:

My Grandaddy's name was Jack,
I am told they called me Jack for a time when I was a wee lad, but it did not stick
because I didn't respond when someone greeted me with "Hi, Jack."
No foolin'.

So, this may explain me commonly posting off topic posts.

My best guitars I paid $400.00 USD. I like the Custom Shop Brazilian if it was not relic I might pull the trigger.
2002 I had a $300K tax bill after all the deductions My accountant suggested I play for two non profit fund raiser events
I got my 1960 Gibson LPS mint condition $325,000.00 it's a tool. The most I ever paid for a guitar that zeroed out my tax bill.
