Sunday Morning Amp Porn

Got a couple new amps over the past few months, so I thought I'd share some pics...

Picked up an Origin50H for a ridiculous price off Reverb.
The listing was up for about 5 minutes before it was in my cart.
Repurposed an AVT100 combo to make the half slant A cab.
Complete gut job and rebuilt the face frame.
Reversed RI pinstripe grill, bronco tolex and string piping.
B cab is an AVT112 that will get the rest of the same cosmetics when I get a chance.
Just got the Weber Mass 100 yesterday.

Also scored a listed for a few hours deal on a JCM800 4210 combo.
Combos don't stay combos for long at my place.
Put it in a Sourmash conversion head shell inverted with the tubes up.
Cabs are a 1922 and a VS212 in disguise as another 1922 - can you spot which one is which?
I also built a John H M2 attenuator with help from the guys on the MF, and modded an old home-made head shell to house it.

I've had this Ceriatone JTM45 for a while, but not sure if I ever posted pics of its current configuration.
Built the cabinetry for a chassis only JCM600, but moved that on when I got the 4210 and relocated the Ceriatone.

I just messed the front of my pants.
Very nice gear!
Now if you’ll excuse me. I need a cold shower.

Damn, you have been busy. All looks very good. You must be in tone heaven.
By the way how is the Origin 50 attenuated with a overdrive?
4210 ? Wow, I am envious!!!
The cabs and Head conversion always come out nice but they are looking even better.
How did the John H Attenuator turn
out ? Nice tribute to put his name on it.
Got any pics of the inards?

Thanks!
The O50 sounds great with the BD-2 gain up for drive tones at lower volume, as well as with the amp crankin' with the SD-1 clean boost and some attenuation.
4210 is a fantastic amp - basically a 2205 without a presence control.

Here's some gut shots of my John H.
Lots of people stuff all this into a little box, but I put mine in an 17 x 8 x 3 amp chassis.
